📦 Order Processing & Delivery Time
Processing Time: Orders are packed within 24–48 hours of placement.
Delivery Time: Estimated 1–4 working days post-dispatch.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
🔔 Important Note: If a product is made-to-order, it may take an additional 3–4 days to process before shipping. We truly appreciate your patience.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
In case of any unexpected delays, we will inform you promptly.
💰 Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 shipping fee
❌ Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if a cancellation is requested after dispatch, shipping charges will not be refundable (for prepaid orders).
After a successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
